Grady Kohler

Grady is a licensed Continuing Education (CE) instructor and is the Director for Real Estate CE for the University of Utah, as well as a regular guest adjunct professor to the JD, MBA and Business Undergrad Students. Grady was recognized by National Association Realtor Magazine as a “30 under 30” in 2008 and continues to be highlighted in various national and local Real Estate publications. He holds several industry designations such as the: CCIM, CRB, CRS, ABRM, ABR, GRI and others.

Grady’s passion in helping first time buyers or savvy commercial investors has transferred over to helping his agents achieve great success. His business now has grown Windermere Utah from a 5 agent team; to what it is today as a multi-office operation and over 160 agents. His calming demeanor, legal knowledge, and 24/7 approachability make him a valued Principal Broker.
